Spoke women's Dirt School 2008 Mountain Bike Clinic

Spoke's women's clinics are all about having fun, learning new skills, and gaining knowledge. We will touch on nutrition, repairs, training, technical skills, safety, bike fit, and much more through-out our clinics. These clinics are designed to accomodate all skill levels, beginner to advanced

Well we are part way through our clinic and it has been alot of fun so far...We had a full day of skills on Sunday, with Eladee Brown as our guest coach and a trail ride on Tuesday night. Lots of single track and skills work every one is having a good time. Next week, mechanical clinic should be good.
